valve test stand clamping can submerged under water, specially used to perform airtightness and leakage test for flanged valves
This model valve test stand can perform pressure test for all kinds of DN15-DN1000 flanged valves,such as gate valves,ball valves,globe valves, check valves etc.
The most important characteristic of this series valve test stand is:
1. The clamping device of the valve test stand can be submerged under water totally and the rising and descending is controlled by pushing the relative buttons.
2. Both sides of the valve test stand can be reversed by 90 degrees, which is especially suitable to perform the air tightness and leakage test.
3.When testing valves, the valve test stand clamps the flange of the valves, pressurize to the necessary pressure value, then perform the intensity test for the body,bonnet and middle flange of the valves. By this way, no extra force on tested valves will happen during the testing.
4. Both sides of the valve test stand can be moved, thus the testing performance wont be restricted by the structural length of the tested valves.
5. the safety device and the data manager system can be choosen to equip for the valve test bench.
